Provisional Bookings:
Provisional bookings will be taken without obligation and held for 14 days. If written confirmation and the deposit are not received after this period has elapsed the booking will be released.
Deposit:
To confirm your booking please complete the booking form and return together with an initial non-refundable deposit of £50 (this will be deducted from the final balance). Methods of payment include cash, cheque & BACs. A letter/email of confirmation will be sent by return.
Three months prior to your wedding we will be in contact to arrange a trial and discuss final details. Payment for the wedding trial is due at the trial itself with the remaining balance(*) due 7 days in advance of the wedding or a cash payment on the day.
In the unlikely event that you should have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking your deposits are not refundable or transferable.
Fees*:
Travel is included within a 10 mile radius of Sunningdale, Berkshire otherwise travel is charged at 60p per mile. Other expenses, as agreed, such as hotel, flights, etc will be charged at cost.
